Our Purpose
Developing, Facilitating Organisational Sustainability & Change Resilience (OSCR)
CResilience was founded by Catherine Hayes. Her OSCR practice is based on 30 years of business practice. Integrating 28 years of practitioner research, exploring the dynamics of high performing organisations. Informed by business psychology, six different clinical psychotherapy practices and Buddhist psychology.
The OSCR practice was created to support leaders and their organisations to practically build, sustainable infrastructures and develop resilient change capabilities. Key practices and approaches for being resourceful and successful in today’s continuously changing environment.
